I'm not sure why everyone is saying these are thin or hard to iron. This is 10 minutes after taking it out of the package. 5 minutes fluffing in the dryer. 5 minutes to put on. I love it and would definitely purchase again. Looks very high end and boutique. Perfect!!
5More importantlyEvery now and then I read a review that I find infuriating. Someone gets upset about something gives a product 1 star because of it, usually something faulty (which happens when producing large quantities of anything, we're not buying rembrandts here, we're buying misc stuff that we probably didn't need in the first place) and fails to review the product in the slightest other than saying "it's broken." If you're like me this sets you on the righteous path of checking their other reviews and judging their lives (harshly) based on this. You don't go and downvote their other reviews of course because that wouldn't be fair, and by the time you're done you feel bad for this person because they've clearly had some troubled times in their lives. What I meant to say prior to going horribly off topic is we have a wonderful opportunity in these reviews to show the world our extensive ability to spot fine details and subtle nuances of color in the $20 bed set we just bought (or bed skirt in this case (which honestly is amazing we can even get items for this price (and yes I know, someone in another country is working for what we'd consider insanely low wages to make this but lets try to take into account for a moment that the social structure they live in actually makes this a better option than many of the alternatives, try reading about the lives of "passenger women" sometime)))So with that in mind. This bed skirt was a wonderful find for the price. It's one of the few offered that fit the 18" drop needed for the frame I just bought Zinus 18 Inch Premium SmartBase 4 Extra Inches high for Under-bed Storage/Mattress Foundation/Platform Bed Frame/Box Spring Replacement/Strong/Sturdy/Quiet Noise-Free/No bed risers needed, QueenThe ruffles are fine, they're sewn onto a cheap white fabric but they have about a centimeter of overlap to there's no real risk of it showing through (it looks nice, and it's a great way to hide the crap under your bed, but you won't find it in a 5 star hotel (I hope))It covers 3 sides of the bed (left, right, foot) and the fabric beneath the mattress is the synthetic white drop cloth fabric. It's cheap but durable, the only problem is it's slick so your bed can slide on something like the aforementioned bed frame which is coated metal (not terrible, but if you're doing anything involving strong lateral g forces *ahem* it may give a little extra motion)Beyond that, installation is easy. Just remove your mattress, put the skirt down, put the mattress on top (then grunt and push angrily to try and get it to line up)Not sure how flame retardant it is, I'll leave that up to someone else to test.4Slightly heavier than tissue paper....No complaints on the fit. However, the material is VERY thin. If I'd have been able to handle this in person before purchasing, I would not have bought it. The stitching is also very poor quality and there are stray threads all over the place. I'd overlook the issues on finishing if they'd have used a heavier weight fabric. Fits my queen bed perfectly. It was quite wrinkled coming out of the package, but ironed like a dream, only took about 5 mins to get it wrinkle free. Color is a dark brown as indicated on the website, and is exactly as picture. I am very happy with my purchase.5Not burgundyI ordered a burgundy bedskirt; the labeling says burgundy but the reality is that it s a burnt deep orange/red type of color, absolutely not burgundy. I cannot use it, it looked horrible in the room I bought it for and when I was done painting it and getting it ready, it was too late to return it. But the platform is made of the same white material I was trying to avoid, as my last one ripped. Having a hard time hiding the white stuff, because it doesn't fit so well and I don't care for the pleats. Wish I had bought a different. one. In their defense, it hasn't ripped yet. I bought this bedskirt for my 14 year old daughter's bed. The quality is great and it looks very cute on her bed. The only issue I had was that there are no seams at the corners. Her bed is a metal bed with a footboard so I had to make my own seams so it would go on her bed. Luckily that was something I could do. I would have given it five stars otherwise. It's a very cute bed skirt. I'm thinking of ordering one for my bed.
4I thought this would match closely enough to my new ...I thought this would match closely enough to my new bedding ensemble, but it's too dark (you know how some black shades are lighter or darker than others..) BUT, that being said, it's sooo soft and if i choose to get another bedding ensemble, i will already have the dust ruffle to coordinate. Never hurts to think ahead! ;-)5Perfect

5Can't beat the price!These are exactly what I needed to cover the foundation of our California King bed. They come out of the packaging quite wrinkly, but one pass of the iron and they straightened out quite nicely. I wouldn't put them on wrinkly like some pics I've seen on here because it doesn't look as polished. The navy blue was true to color. Quite happy with my purchase!5Cheap piece of crap that doesn't fit!Save your time and money! This was the biggest piece of crap I've purchased in a long time. The material was defective and the material was separating in places all the way around. I was still willing to put it on in hopes that it wouldn't be too bad. I laid it down on the box spring and it DIDN'T FIT! It wasn't wide enough and rode up too short on one side of the bed.1
