Customer Reviews

Absolutely AMAZING!!!I am not a gardener. The week following Mother's Day I purchased the pictured petunia basket from a local grocer - it was very dehydrated medium sized planter but with daily watering and a 2 gallon dose of Jack's petunia fertilizer every Saturday, look what happened! It got so large that it's weight crushed the bracket and we had to replace it with an industrial strength one.The second photo shows what happened to two small, 12" variegated geraniums that were planted in June - they are AMAZING! Normally my geraniums drop their petals before the blossoms all bloom, but these two plants have gotten huge. All of our plants look amazing and we owe it all to Jack's Petunia Feed. 5Makes YOU look like a professional GARDENER!This petunia feed is amazing. My petunias leaves were getting yellow and flowers started to get smaller and fewer. I gave them a drink of this and woke up to amazing petunias overnight! They loved it. The iron helped the yellow a lot the first day and by the 2nd day the yellowing was gone. There were more flowers and the blooms that were on the plant already were more vibrant and larger. It is summer and everyone s petunias are starting to look straggly, tired and very few flowers but not mine. Mine look like I just brought them home from the nursery full of flowers. People tell me I must have a green thumb but I don t. I just have this Jacks Petunia Feed, my secret weapon for my petunias! 5Happy FlowersRecommended for several flowers in addition to petunias by our local greenhouse. Flowers look happy and healthy. One even smiled at me kast week. 5Killed/burned everythingKilled my Petunias and severely burned my other flowers. Used the included scoop to ~ 1.5 Gallons of water. Returned. First negative review I've ever given. Not just disappointed, but extremely upset that I bought this to improve, not kill my flowers. J R Peters should pay me for having to go back to where I bought the Petunias, return the root ball, buy more flowers, replant them, then prune off the hundreds of dead leaves from burning my other flowers. 1Magnificient growth enhancer. We have had potted petunias for a number of years and have tried different fertilizers, but this makes them excel. The neighbors have praised how beautiful they look.I would give it five stars, but the price is really high. If your petunias are worth the cost, I would use this. It is to my wife, so I am sure we will continue. 4My Petunias Look Better than Ever!!!!My Petunias look better than ever because of this fertilizer. I was using this brand's houseplant fertilizer on my houseplants and loved the way that they were responding that I ordered the Petunia fertilizer for my potted hanging Petunias. Within a week I had so many blooms. All this summer I used this fertilizer every 2 weeks. In the beginning of August I cut them back about 1/3 and continued the fertilizing schedule. WOW!!! I've never had Petunias make it through a whole summer without getting leggy and having smaller blooms as the summer goes on. My blooms are big and there are a LOT of blooms. I keeps getting comments from people passing by about how beautiful my hanging baskets are. It is now mid September and they still look beautiful. One lady just asked me where I bought the Petunias this late in the season. I told her they were hung in May. This powdered fertilizer dissolves very easily in your watering can and you can pour it over your plants and soil. I will be using this again next summer for sure. Thank you so much 5Jack's Petunia Feed is unbelievable - it's like steroids for plantsJack's Petunia Feed is unbelievable - it's like steroids for plants. Am attaching a picture taken 11/5/15 - I've never had flowers last into November here in the Northeast. Highly recommend. 5Beautiful flowers! This product made my petunias and their plant buddies so happy. It gave a great boost to my late planting in the Pacific Northwest and will become a standard for my potted plants in the future. I had bacopa, lobelia, fuschias, gerberas, lantana, verbena and some other beautiful annuals included in the planters with the petunias. One container of this magical food lasted me for 3 months of daily watering of a dozen large planters. 5my Petunias love this!So far, I've only used this twice, but my Petunias are gorgeous! I grew them from seed and I'm so proud of them, and this fertilizer seems to be doing exactly what it says it will! I'll continue with my weekly feeding and if anything changes, I'll write again.Update: I meant to update this sooner, sorry, but I have to add that my petunias were the best I've ever grown! Other years, my petunias would die in the center and get scraggly by the middle of August, not so in 2016! My petunias were gorgeous, even surviving past the few early frosts, and bloomed continuously right up to mid-October, a real feat here in the Northeast. I will definitely be using Jacks again this year! Thanks for a dependable product! 5Saved my petunia hanging baskets!Growing and maintaining plants in Wyoming is challenging given extreme temperature changes and a short growing season. Yearly, I buy two petunia hanging baskets for my front porch but they typically only last about 2 months due to them becoming leggy and eventually drying up and losing blooms. This year I decided to do some research to see what I was doing wrong and how I could help to extend their lives. This product came highly recommended on several gardening sites and nursery you tube channels so I decided to give it a shot! Before using the mix, I cut about 6-8 inches off each of the petunia stems. This cut most of my blooms but they were looking leggy and bad anyway. I also learned that when deadheading petunias (which you should do!), to pinch or cut the entire bloom, not just pulling the flower out of it's holding place. Once the whole flower is removed (including it's green base), the plant will begin shooting up new blooms. I used one scoop of Petunia Feed in one gallon of water (just kept an old gallon milk container under my sink for easy measuring and filling) and split the gallon of water between my two hanging pots. I used the mix once a week and maintained my normal watering schedule. It took about 2 weeks for my petunia plants to grow and produce new blooms. When they did, I was so excited because they looked as good as when I bought them 2 months before! Fertilizing and deadheading/cutting tops definitely did the trick.I actually got so confident (and lazy) that I stopped using the fertilizer for a few weeks. Once again, my plants became leggy and weren't filling out in the middle of the pot. This was proof that the fertilizer was the key to keeping them healthy and full. I cut and returned to the weekly fertilization schedule and they're filling out and looking great again - long after plants in the past have lost their lives.I also used the fertilizer in my large patio pots and it really helped my flowers to rebloom and maintain their fullness and greenery. It also helped other flowers in those pots to have several rounds of blooms when previous summers I only got 1-2.This Petunia Feed is well worth it's price and the container provides enough feed for several pots all summer long. I have used it on 2 hanging plants, 2 small pots, and 5 huge patio pots for about 1.5 months and there's still about the container left. I will continue to buy for seasons to come!1st photo: when I cut them down and began Petunia Feed2nd photo: 2 weeks after feed3rd photo: potted plants 1 week after feed 5
