No directions and poor tools but they look nice and are inexpensiveThere are no directions, no install templates, no way to know spacing other than holding up both pieces to mark it off and then it's still a bit off level even if your brackets are perfectly set. The wall anchors they provide are less than useless and just fail during install but using good anchors and taking your time these do look nice once installed.3Cheap QualityVery cheap quality. There was a dent in the towel rod, the hand towel ring was bent, and the wall anchors that came with the set are absolute junk. I would not recommend this to anyone and would return it if it were going in my house, but I used it for someone else's house.1These are just as good and look exactly like the set I almost bought ...These are just as good and look exactly like the set I almost bought at Lowe's. The only difference, as far as I can tell, is that these are half the price. I am pleased with the quality and the color (as expected from the description and picture). They match the rest of the oil rubbed bronze hardware in the bathroom. The set came with screws and was packaged all together in a formed plastic shell.5Good fixture set, but with some complicationsThis is generally a decent set of bathroom fixtures. They arrived in good condition, and they come with all the hardware you need to install them, including wall anchors, screws, wall plates, and a key to tighten the fixtures onto the mounting plates.However, biggest problem: one side of the towel bar rod was too large to fit into the bracket. I had to hammer that end into a concave shape in order to fit it into the bracket. While I was hammering it, the paint on the bar chipped off VERY easily. Thankfully it's easy to cover up with a black marker, but I worry about future nicks and bumps. It was annoying that I had to alter it in order to fit it in at all.Second issue: there are absolutely no instructions included, so I hope you're good at creative problem solving. It seemed pretty self-explanatory to me, but I also have basic knowledge and experience with fixy-type-stuff. I feel like someone without this experience would have an extremely hard time figuring out how to mount and secure this stuff to their wall.Lastly, I recommend having basic tools of your own in order to install these. You will need a hammer, N2 Phillipshead screwdriver (or drill with appropriate bits), measuring tape, and a level. I also got heavy-duty wall anchors, but I suspect that's not totally necessary; I'm just paranoid. Having another person to assist is also helpful.3Not as great as it looks.The product looks nice but instillation is a bear. The anchors require a huge hole then spin when trying to insert the screws. If not careful you will lose them inside the wall. Had to get different anchors. The toilet paper holder is too small. Will only accommodate a standard small roll. The bar holding the roll of paper just barely sits in the end holders. It pops out with the slightest pressure or tension. Recommend shopping for something different..2Excellent set for a extremely fair price. Like other reviewers, I was looking for a relatively cheap oil rubbed bronze bathroom set. The major chain stores all had similar sets that STARTED at $60+. This set seemed to fit the bell and had a much lower price tag.Received the item and couldn't be happier. The bronze is indeed darker than most other bronze items I have in the house, but it isn't distracting. Just be aware of this before ordering if you are intent on matching everything. The pictures do fairly good justice towards how dark it is.Each piece has a solid weight and feel to it and no item feels cheap or breakable. Each part comes with mounting hardware which does include very large drywall screw anchors. I'm sure you could get away with smaller anchors and mount this stuff just fine though.Zero complaints so far. I expect this set to well outlive how long I want to use it. 5I does complement other flatt black bathroom fixturesInstallation of this set is pretty straight forward. I had some difficulties because I live in a mobile home where regular sheet rock is not used for the walls. My walls are thin so I had some difficulty using the included anchor plugs. Speaking of anchor plugs. Weirdly, the toilet paper holder came with four anchors, but two different kinds. One mount came with a push in type anchor which works better in my thin walls, but the other mount had screw in anchors which don't work in these walls. Fortunately, I was mounting the TP holder on wood and didn't need any of the anchors. For the other fixtures I used my own anchors plus a little glue. !#%*! thin walls! The glue lengthened my installation time which would normally be pretty quick, but I didn't look forward to pulling a towel off the towel bar and having the bar come with it.I had already ordered and installed two other matching towel bars. They came as a pair. Each bar came with it's own tiny allen wrench used to tighten the set screw beneath each fixture mount. It was fortunate that I already had the wrenches because a single one didn't come with this set. Tightening that set screw was the most tedious part of the installation for me. My thumb fingered arthritic hands just had a hard time fitting that tiny wrench into that tiny hole which I can't see. Yeah, bad eyes too.There is a bit of another issue with the TP holder. I you use those giant mega rolls of TP then you have to mount it so nearly an inch and a half of the roller still shows once you put paper on it. This is because of the design. The two parts that hold the roller obviously flair out where they are mounted to your wall. If you don't mount them farther apart then you will have issues. After my installation, which I accidentally and fortunately did the way it needed to be done, I put paper on it and found that a large roll of paper barely touches the wall, but it also touches the base of the mounts. If the mounts had been closer together then the paper would have to be squeezed in and it wouldn't roll until you used up some of the roll of paper. I'm sorry if I didn't explain that well, but I suggest installing one of the mounts and figure out where the second mount goes by actually putting paper on the roller and see how tight you want the roll of paper to be. I guess one solution might be to not purchase those mega rolls of paper as this issue wouldn't exist then. I really don't like the way I have this thing mounted. Next time I go shopping I will likely buy smaller paper rolls and remount one side of the TP holder so the roller isn't sticking out. Or, maybe I'll hunt down some large black plastic spacers I can put on the roller. I like that option better. This is a lot of information for an FYI, but I thought I might share my experience.Despite my install issues, (Really! I'm normally a pretty good DIY guy!), I really like this set. It all looks great once installed.4Looks nice but low quality and difficult to installThis product looks nice when not touched. If any of the pieces are dropped it shows big circles where it was dropped as if the finish is getting unglued. It also does not come with instructions so you need to be careful on instillation. The attachments look the same on the right and left side but have to be installed differently. (The have a groove and a small screw that secured them, on one side the small screw goes on a flap that folds towards the wall and on the other side the small screw goes on a flap that folds away from the wall). They look identical so it s tricky.3Satin nickel hardwareFantastic and sturdy. Not as difficult to install as some are suggesting5The accessory set looks really nice and does match color with a different brand of ... The accessory set looks really nice and does match color with a different brand of faucet in same finish. The packaging that they come in though is not quite enough. They were in a plastic zip type bag and if more than one piece was in the bag there was nothing to stop it from damaging the other piece. This did happen, one of the towel bar end pieces was really scratched and pitted. I let the store know right away, and a whole new set was sent. I did not need the whole set again, just one end of a towel bar. So it cost me extra to send back the whole set with the damaged end included in a separate box.It is easy to hang up, and does look nice in the bathroom I put them in. 5Great value for very good hardware that I doubt you will be able to match anywhere else.I bought this kit to update my half bathroom from 2006 fashion to 2015 style. The old chrome fixtures looked dated and for the price and look of this kit I could not resist. These fixtures look great and are built solid. The mounting hardware was very robust. They came with "real" drywall anchors not the usual cheap anchors that easily pull out. You can feel confident once you put this hardware up that it is not going get loose. I actually made a video on how to mount each one of these fixtures. If you feel intimidated by upgrading or doing this upgrade watch my videos and determine if you can do it. Bottom line, It's a great value for very good hardware that I doubt you will be able to match anywhere else.5Cheap garbageThe hardware itself if fine. I like the style but the screw that are included in the kit are absolutely worthless. THREE of them broke off into the wall and we had to patch/paint and move the bars because of it. Once we ran to hardware store to get our own screws we had no issues. There is also no installation template and one of the bars was scratched so you can see the silver underneath.1
