    This bowl had a small gap in the weaving in ...This bowl had a small gap in the weaving in the bottom. Water dripped right thru it. So, I requested a replacement. The replacement doesn't have any holes, but the edge of the bowl has an inch-long piece broken off. This item was cheap, but it's still disappointing. I won't request another replacement as I don't want to end up on Amazon's blacklist, and it's not Amazon's fault anyway.1Save your money, buy a different bowl.The wind could blow these away. They re so thin and lightweight. They arrived 2 days late and broken (you can see the whole and the edge chipped off). Returns aren t avilable for this product, but Amazon issued a full refund. I will be buying a different product to replace.1Other than that they are fine.I purchased these bowls 2 months ago They are supposed to be restaurant quality however that does NOT mean dishwasher safe. They are not. One of my bowls is splintering and unusable. Other than that they are fine.2Waste of myVery light weight. Coating on bowl was flaky. One of my bowl had a piece of metal sticking out. Another bowl cracked upon removing the plastic wrapping it came it. Waste of my money1Reasonable ProductI give a 4-star rating because this product is what it is as advertised. An inexpensive, mass produced product fabricated from wood particles and a binder. Viewed within those constraints it is a reasonable product and reasonably priced. And used within those constraints should perform quite well. I use them for serving popcorn.4Love these bowls!I purchased two of these and I love them. I use them for veggies on the counter and to eat out of. I have put everything in these bowls... rice and beans, salad, pizza. Its basically my chow bowl5As you would expect with a great price... not-so great qualityI really wish these had been better quality. Three of the ones I received were ok and one had a large chunk missing from the edge which happened in the manufacturing process because the flaw was coated. I really liked the size of them and the light weight... was planning to use them to hold ingredients while cooking but ended up returning all of them.2Woven Wood Bowls ~ charming, light, sturdy.I have had a set of wood bowls that I have enjoyed for YEARS but over time they were destroyed in various ways or lost.Thus, I went seeking for at least the 6" size that I had used the most.I missed them! Gladly I found them on Amazon. I went a head and ordered a set of 4. At minimum this would cover use for a family of 4 salad use, but we also use them for everything else.Short of having ordered 4 and only getting 1, then a week later getting the other 3, (and having the tracking suggest that they all went at the same time--I think the USPS may have been part of this issue). Love them.I did notice that one of the 3 is slightly different than the others, but not sure if it was the single or if it had been one of the 3 some that arrived later. Because of the fact they are not from the same lot to be the same form, they dont stack quite as perfect as my old set.Love the light weight bowls, and natural wood bowl look. Be warned, the sickers used for UPC on the bottom dont come off easy. Be ready to have some oil or warm suds to get them soaked off.Do be warned, I did loose a bowl or two from my old set in the dish washer, so I plan to try and keep these to hand wash. (the weave if imenitrated by water then heat, may warp in woven woods). But to me, this type of bowl is more charming by far than plastic and lighter and shatter proof as compared to glass or ceramics.Not sure if I would have been happier with an 8" version, so I may opt to get those and a Larger salad prep bowl for a future Amazon revisit!4a superb product.I love this bowl, it's a great buy. You get four bowls and they're lightweight but sturdy. I found that using a ceramic bowl got too heavy when filled with salad and this bowl saves the day. You could even put in an entire meal, like some salad with sliced meats, or ramen with vegetables and meat or fish and it's complete with no extra plates to wash. It's helpful to me as I'm recuperating from surgery and I can do an all in one meal in this bowl. Fantastic buy!5Not Un-bowl-ievable. Just Okay. This bowl is fine. It's going to do a fine job holding some fruit on my counter. I guess the pictures just made it seem like higher quality wood and when it arrived I was disappointed because it looked kind of cheap. 4These are just like I remember them from childhoodI'm not sure why the negative reviews. These are just like I remember them from childhood. They aren't a heavy bamboo bowl and I surely wouldn't put them in the dishwasher but they are a nice salad/snack bowl. After seeing salad sets selling for $50 and up and no better quality than these...I'll save the $ and order a few more of these. Nice color and fast shipping too.5Not good. This bowl came with chips in it and the finishing splotchy. I realize it's a cheap purchase, but I wouldn't dare eat a salad from it as it's described to be. Unless of course you enjoy wood particles with your lettuce. 2
